In 2001, with a fast expanding retail market, CGR was offered the opportunity to work directly for the quickly growing Somerfield Supermarkets. CGR was then created, rapidly expanding successfully.
We have a very efficient team at CGR based in our head office at Hereford, where we carry out the Refrigeration Design and Build, procurement and management of our contracts, including the Site coordination and management of our installation teams and our workshop activities.

We are a Mitsubishi Diamond partner offering an extended 10year warrantee on our installations, we are also a D1 partner with Daikin and Toshiba offering an extended 7year warrantee – the accreditations afford additional discounts on the purchase of capital equipment with these suppliers, combined with the additional warrantee period this must be a “no brainer” for our potential clients.

Established in 1992, this is the major operation of the company. Its primary function is to carry out refrigeration installation work on major supermarkets and commercial facilities. The majority of the work currently undertaken is for a core of eight key customers.
